Termination of Membership
Personal or Corporate Membership shall be terminated by the
Guild in any of the following circumstances:
1. Where the subscription is unpaid.
2. Where the Member becomes bankrupt, goes into liquidation, has a
receiver appointed or ceases to trade.
3. Where the Member conducts business improperly or dishonourably
or in a way which is prejudicial to the interests of other members
of the Guild of Builders and Contractors or the Building Industry
generally.
4. Where the Member fails to adhere to the Code of Conduct.
