Personal or corporate membership shall be terminated by the Guild in any of the following circumstances:
1.	Where the subscription is unpaid.
2.	Where the member becomes bankrupt, goes into liquidation, has a receiver appointed or ceases to trade.
3.	Where a member conducts business improperly or dishonourably or in a way which is prejudicial to the interests of other members of the Guild of Builders and Contractors or the Building Industry generally.
4.	Where a member fails to adhere to the "Code of Conduct".
